Teachers

FREM has a strong and rigorous academic component to its programme and our participants expect this and join a master’s level programme for this purpose. Our academics all themselves qualified at master’s level or above, are experienced in their own subject areas and the module specifications make it clear what the learning outcomes are and the indicative content. Our teaching is research informed. The challenge is to ensure that the practical side of the business function is dealt with in a professional manner. All module leaders will use visiting speakers, practical and real case studies to ensure a balance. The module practitioner will also help ensure that this is achieved.

All our work involves group and team work, leadership and followership roles; the international dimension has also been discussed and this is an integral part of the programme too.
